Hello Osoyoos, my name is Carolyn! I’m thrilled to be joining Sunshine Chiropractic and health centre  and to have the opportunity to work with the community here.

I am an Alberta Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience in both clinical and spa settings. I was born and raised in the Okanagan and completed my 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program in Alberta before returning home to continue my practice.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of wellness spas and physiotherapy clinics, gaining experience with a wide range of clients and treatment goals.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing muscle tension, or simply looking to relax and de-stress, I tailor each treatment to your individual needs. My approach combines techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, anong others,  but I have a particular passion for deep tissue work and provide firm, effective pressure when appropriate.

I believe massage therapy plays a vital role in supporting both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to create a professional, welcoming environment where clients feel cared for and leave feeling restored. I’m excited to bring my skills and experience to this clinic and to support the health and wellness of the Osoyoos community.
