Registered Yoga Teacher
Lisa found yoga by accident, over a decade ago. She walked into her first class carrying running shoes, needing to borrow a mat from the studio. A true beginner. Like most people, she was looking for the physical exercise that yoga provides, though it was the emotional and mental benefits that kept her coming back.
Lisa recognizes the importance of cultivating mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength for life on and off the mat. Her mission is to guide all students to find their own inner and outer strength, joy and inspiration. To help others feel their best physically, mentally and emotionally.
Her motto: Peace in = Peace out.
